Randall Logsdon – President
Randall Logsdon is one of the original founders of Trans-Floor-Mations. He began his career in the Building Services industry with one of the largest service providers in the nation, where he became a Divisional Manager over multiple states. With over 18 years of experience in the industry he has serviced millions of square feet of retail, industrial, educational, and medical facilities. Randall has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Berea College.
Nathaniel “Bubby” Napier – Director of Operations
Nathaniel “Bubby” Napier is one of the original founding members of Trans-Floor-Mations. He has worked with the company since its inception and became its full time Director of Operations in 2008. As a former YMCA Director, Athletic Director, and educator, Bubby has extensive experience in operational management and leadership. Bubby earned his Bachelor of Arts from Berea College with an emphasis on Business.
